1. Introduction

mcw5 is an online betting and casino platform operated exclusively for players based in Bangladesh. The platform provides sports betting (including cricket, football, water polo, and politics markets), live casino games, slot games, and related services — all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

These Terms & Conditions apply to every player account, every transaction, every bet, and every casino game session conducted on the mcw5 platform. They should be read alongside the mcw5 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and mcw5. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the provisions of any individual promotion or bonus offer, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise.

mcw5 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the mcw5 platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Balance" means the total real-money BDT funds held in a Player's mcw5 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or other incentive balances issued by mcw5 to a Player's Account, subject to wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds from their mcw5 Account.
• "Player" means any natural person who has registered and holds a verified Account on the mcw5 platform.
• "Platform" means the mcw5 website, mobile interface, betting engine, casino lobby, and all associated services available at mcw5.io.
• "Restricted Person" means any person under 21 years of age, any person acting on behalf of another person without explicit permission, or any person located in a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sports market or casino game through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before the bonus (or winnings derived from it) may be withdrawn as real money.

3. Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account with mcw5, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate or business accounts are not permitted);
• You are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of account creation and at the time of placing wagers;
• You are not a Restricted Person as defined in Section 2 above;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee, contractor, or director of mcw5 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or permanently excluded by mcw5 for any reason;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement that would prevent you from gambling on online platforms.

mcw5 reserves the right to request identity and eligibility documentation from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of account access and, where appropriate, the return of uncontested deposited funds.

4. Registration & Identity Verification

To open an Account, you must complete the mcw5 registration process in full, providing accurate, current, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and payment method details. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Only one Account per person is permitted on the mcw5 platform. Creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, mcw5 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, merge balances into a single account at its discretion, and withhold any bonus funds or winnings generated across the duplicate accounts.

KYC Verification: Before any withdrawal may be processed, all Players are required to complete the mcw5 KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process by submitting the following documentation:

• A clear photograph or scanned copy of a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport;
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter);
• Where requested, a selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document;
• Confirmation that the payment method used for deposits is registered to the verified account holder.

mcw5 will complete the KYC review within three business days of receiving complete documentation. Players may continue to use the platform and place wagers while KYC is pending, but withdrawals will be held until the process is complete. mcw5 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if it believes further verification is necessary.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity on your mcw5 Account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, all withdrawals requested, and all communications sent from your Account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify mcw5 immediately by contacting [email protected]. Until such notification is received, mcw5 will treat all activity on your Account as authorised by you.

mcw5 is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access occurred due to your failure to protect your login credentials.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All funds on the mcw5 platform are held and transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — instant deposit; withdrawal processing within 1 business day;
• Nagad — instant deposit; withdrawal processing within 1 business day;
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — deposit within minutes; withdrawal processing within 1–2 business days;
• Upay (UCB) — deposit within minutes; withdrawal processing within 1–2 business days.

Deposit Limits: The minimum single deposit is ৳500. The maximum single deposit and daily deposit limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account dashboard and may vary based on your account tier and verification status.

Withdrawal Policy: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the same Account, and that payment method must be registered in the same name as the verified Account holder. mcw5 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Withdrawal Processing Times: mcw5 aims to process all withdrawal requests within one to two business days of receipt, subject to KYC verification being complete. During periods of high transaction volume or for security review purposes, processing times may be extended. mcw5 will notify you via email if a withdrawal is subject to an extended review period.

Dormant Accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for twelve or more consecutive months is classified as dormant. mcw5 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per calendar month to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in; no fee applies for the month in which reactivation occurs.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

mcw5 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted both the specific promotional terms and these general conditions.

Welcome Bonus: New Players may be eligible for a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to verified Players making their first real-money deposit only. The bonus is credited to the Player's Account within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash;
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount;
• Bets placed using bonus funds count toward wagering requirements only at the percentages specified in the promotional terms — some game types may contribute at less than 100%;
• Sports bets placed at odds of less than 1.50 (decimal) do not contribute toward wagering requirements unless the promotional terms specify otherwise;
• Where a Player holds both real-money and bonus funds, real-money funds are wagered first by default;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full;
• Multiple accounts used to claim the same bonus will result in all bonuses being voided and accounts being reviewed.

Seasonal and Event Promotions: mcw5 regularly runs promotions aligned with Bangladesh cultural events (Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day, Independence Day) and major cricket events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup). These promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are published on the platform and communicated by email to eligible Players. Seasonal promotions are time-limited and may be withdrawn or modified by mcw5 at any time without prior notice.

mcw5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the offer is being abused, that it was published in error, or that technical circumstances require it. Any bonus funds not yet converted to real-money withdrawable cash at the time of cancellation will be voided.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on mcw5 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or market, which are published in the Sports Rules section of the platform. The following general betting rules apply to all sports wagers:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after confirmation, except where a Cash Out option is explicitly offered and selected before the market is settled;
• mcw5 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a technical error, data feed error, or human error — regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. In such cases, the staked amount is returned to the Player's Account in full;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed on each market before a bet is confirmed and may vary by sport, market type, event, and account status;
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. mcw5 cannot guarantee that every in-play bet request will be accepted at the displayed odds — odds may change between the time a bet is submitted and the time it is processed;
• Where the result of an event is unclear or under official review, mcw5 reserves the right to suspend market settlement until an official result is confirmed. No withdrawal will be processed for amounts pending on unsettled markets;
• Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). No other source is considered authoritative for settlement purposes.

Responsible Betting: mcw5 encourages all Players to bet within their means. The platform provides deposit limits and self-exclusion tools to help Players manage their activity. Details are set out in Section 11 (Responsible Gaming) and on the dedicated Responsible Gaming page.

9. Casino Games

The mcw5 casino lobby includes live dealer games and slot games sourced from internationally accredited providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Vivo Gaming. 10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mcw5 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, and any balances — including real-money and bonus funds — may be confiscated at mcw5's discretion:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using a payment method that does not belong to the verified account holder;
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing bets specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or exploiting errors in bonus mechanics;
• Automated betting — using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with casino games in a manner that circumvents normal human play;
• Arbitrage betting — exploiting pricing discrepancies across different platforms or markets in a systematic manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, at the expense of mcw5's commercial interests;
• Collusion in casino games — communicating with other players at the same live casino table to gain an unfair advantage, or coordinating betting patterns with other players to exploit game mechanics;
• Match-fixing — placing wagers based on prior knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting event, or taking any action that contributes to the fixing of a sporting event on which mcw5 offers markets;
• Money laundering — depositing funds and withdrawing them without meaningful gameplay for the purpose of laundering proceeds of illegal activity;
• System exploitation — deliberately exploiting technical glitches, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair financial advantage;
• Harassment — abusing, threatening, or harassing mcw5 staff members, live casino dealers, or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

mcw5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. We believe that online betting and casino gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. To this end, mcw5 enforces a strict 21+ age policy on all accounts and provides a suite of practical responsible gaming tools directly within the Player Account dashboard.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you may deposit into your Account. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours;

In summary, mcw5 collects data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment method information, device identifiers, and betting and gaming history. This data is used to operate your Account, verify your identity, process transactions, detect fraud, comply with applicable legal obligations, and improve the platform. mcw5 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and maintains your data in secure, access-controlled systems.

mcw5 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), game providers, and fraud-prevention services — solely to the extent necessary to operate the platform and protect player security.

13. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the mcw5 platform — including but not limited to the mcw5 brand name and logo, website design, software code, game interfaces, graphical assets, text, and marketing materials — is owned by or licensed to mcw5. No Player, user, or third party is granted any right, licence, or interest in any mcw5 intellectual property by virtue of accessing or using the platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any mcw5 content without express prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of mcw5 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, mcw5's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total net deposits you have made to your Account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mcw5 is not liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or mcw5 had been advised of its possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of business, contracts, or commercial opportunities;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature;
• Losses arising from interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, technical faults, third-party service failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or match data, which may be subject to error or delay;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you failed to adequately protect your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits mcw5's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Account Termination

Either you or mcw5 may terminate your Account at any time. If you wish to close your Account, please contact [email protected] with a written closure request. Upon receipt, mcw5 will process the closure within five business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, provided your KYC verification is complete and no outstanding disputes or investigations are pending.

mcw5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected engagement in any prohibited conduct listed in Section 10;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider in respect of a deposit made to the Account;
• Any legal obligation or instruction from a competent authority requiring account suspension or closure;
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being used in connection with illegal activity.

Where an Account is terminated by mcw5 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, mcw5 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance, including real-money funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where an Account is terminated for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned in full.

16. Disputes & Complaints

mcw5 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the mcw5 service — including bet settlement, bonus administration, withdrawal processing, or account management — please follow the procedure set out below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected]. Include your Account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any relevant transaction IDs, round IDs, or bet reference numbers. mcw5 will acknowledge your complaint within two business days and aim to provide a full resolution within fourteen business days.

All disputes relating to bet outcomes must be raised within thirty days of the relevant event being settled. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered by mcw5.

17. Amendments to Terms

mcw5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mcw5 will notify registered Players by email to the address on file and will publish the updated Terms & Conditions on the platform with a revised effective date. Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision — may be made without specific notice.

Your continued use of the mcw5 platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must stop using the platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 15 above.
